The Attack of Basal Cell Carcinoma!
I had a little red spot on my nose that I had noticed last year but thought it was irritation from my sunglasses. Over the winter it would flare up and sometimes flake so I knew it was time to get it checked out. Turns out it was basal cell carcinoma and much larger than I thought it would be. The entire area was 2 cm! I had to go the next day to a plastic surgeon ENT to get it closed up. For about a week I looked and felt like I had been hit by a baseball bat. Hopefully in a few months it will look much better!
