Richard got tickets for all of us to go tour the new MTC.
Some of the highlights.......
1. Getting to the pictures of our favorite mission president couple the Patterson's
2. Sophie waving and giving high 5's to every single missionary. As we walked through the cafeteria she kept yelling "hi, have a good mission!" When we went through the gymnasium she ran out on the court where a group was playing basketball.
3. Garlan telling us his memories of being in the MTC and Emma asking if she can go there to serve a mission. :)
4. Running into Elder Spencer Jorgensen (my old seminary teacher's 2nd oldest that I babysat). Out of thousands of missionaries we felt blessed getting to see him and take pictures to send his mom and dad.
5. Feeling the spirit and getting a little emotional seeing so many young men and women sacrifice themselves to serve the Lord.
6. Dinner at the creamery.
