Long awaited Baptism

June 14th will be remembered as a very special milestone for our family. Emma has been patient and understanding during this pandemic and her baptism. It's been scheduled and postponed 2 different times and as of right now we can't have more than 20 people attend if we do it in the church font (for social distance reasonings). After talking with our Bishop, who happens to be our neighbor and friend, he suggested we think about doing it outside the church font. Our neighbors the Evans have an extra large hot tub that they then suggested we use. Everything fell into place from that point. We were able to invite our family and a few close friends and had the service in our home and then walked next door and was baptized by Garlan in the hot tub.

Emma gave her own talk. Her dad baptized and confirmed her. I gave a talk on Baptism and my mom on the Holy Ghost. Grandma McCoy played the piano and both Grandpas were witnesses to the baptism.
