Random Summer Fun!

Here is a glimpse at some of our summer fun!

Time at the reservoir with friends and family.  The water is super cold but the kids still love playing in the sand and kind of getting wet to cool off.

 We enjoyed an evening BBQ with our old neighbors and dear friends the Torgersen's. We sure miss them but love their new home. Sophie was in heaven with their dogs and Emma and Bella loved their tramp and play set.

One of my best friends - Amber Wood - was in town visiting family. She spent an afternoon with me at Michelle's house. We had lunch, our kids played and we just chatted. I loved every minute.

We have got to spend a lot of time with our cousins this summer doing fun stuff. Splash pads, swimming at pools, playing at our houses and parks.

Summer time means lemonade stands. After stopping at one for a couple cool glasses of lemonade Emma became fixated on the idea of having her own lemonade stand. She and her friends colored signs and even helped mix the lemonade. They sat outside for about 3 hours (with me of course) and sold about $18 worth of lemonade. We split up the money and Emma saved hers to buy a ring and some candy at the Bean Museum shop.

We love to take evening walks. This is Bella's favorite way to ride.

Spencer came into town for about 36 hours. He came over and snuggled with the girls for a few of those hours and they were in heaven!

My cousin David got married last week and Cherise had her baby a couple days ago so my parents came into town for the wedding and to help with Ayla.

Last but not least.....Bella is finally saying "Momma"!!!!! Oh and she loves eating with a fork. haha
