Happy 2nd birthday to our very sweet and very sassy Miss Sophie! She brings so much joy to our lives with her entertaining personality and non-stop energy.
- She loves to copy her older sister Emma and for the most part they get along really well. They love to wrestle each other and their Daddy and they love to dance around the house in pretty dresses.
- Sophie will ask to wear a "dess" (dress) every morning and often cries and throws a fit if we don't put the exact one on her.
- Her vocabulary is increasing daily. Some of our favorites are:
- "wuv you!" love you
- "day too" thank you
- "pease" please
- "I wan it" I want it
- "no dada"
- "wanna pay" want to play? or I want to play
- "come mama"
- "why???"
- "dat" that
- "where dada go?" and then once you tell her "ohhhhhh"
- "ahhhhh chuuuu" pretends to sneeze and then laughs at herself
- "I poops" if she goes poop or pee in her diaper
- points to animal bums and says "poops, eeeewwwuuuuuu!"
- "pet moos mom" She wants to pet the cows
- "oops"
- She takes one good nap during the day and sleeps great at night.
- Runs away from mom whenever possible
- When you tell her not to do something she will slyly look out of the corner of her eyes at you with a smug grin and do it anyway. :)
- laughs hysterically when we all laugh at something
- Loves her aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents but has a special fondness for her Uncle Matt. She asks about him daily and cries whenever he leaves.
- She is very social and loves to play and laugh.
- Loves the color blue (calls it beuu) but also loves red and calls it blue too
- She loves to cuddle and gives the best kisses. She will also wrap her arms around your neck and squeeze you tight.
- She LOVES babies and will cuddle and kiss (sometimes a bit too aggressively) any and every baby she can get her hands on!
